Quick Attach® Warranty, Return, and Customer Responsibilities
Warranty: Quick Attach® Attachments LLC stands behind the quality of every new machine we manufacture. We provide a comprehensive warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
Our commitment under this warranty is to replace, at no cost, any part proven defective within the specified warranty period. However, it's important to note that this warranty does not cover:
- New products operated beyond rated capacities or due to negligence
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or damage resulting from improperly routed hoses
- Machines that have been altered, modified, or repaired without authorization
- Previously owned equipment
- Ground engaging tools subject to natural wear (e.g., tooth tips, cutting teeth)
- Normal maintenance
- Fork tines
- Disassembled hydraulic motors
- Damage to hydraulic hoses
In no event will Quick Attach® Attachments LLC, its Sales Representatives, Direct Outlet, or any affiliated company be liable for incidental or consequential damages or injuries. The purchaser's sole remedy is as provided above. Immediate notification of defects is required, and repairs must not proceed without our consent.
This warranty supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, and does not cover merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No agent, employee, or representative of Quick Attach® Attachments LLC has the authority to bind the company to any warranty except as explicitly outlined herein.
Quick Attach® Attachments LLC reserves the right to make improvements to its products without obligation to retrofit previous sales. This warranty may only be modified in writing by an executive officer of Quick Attach Attachments LLC.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Semi-Truck Access to Your Location:
- Residential and business locations must allow ample accessibility for a semi-truck. A smaller box truck with liftgate services is available with prior arrangements (chargeable).
- Unloading the Semi-Truck:
- Customers are responsible for proper on-site unloading using suitable equipment. Most attachments require a skid steer or tractor with pallet forks. An authorized person must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.
- Inspection on Arrival:
- Immediately inspect the shipment for obvious damage. Note any shortages or damages on the paperwork before signing. Report any issues to the freight company.
- Bill of Lading (BOL) Signature:
- Your signature on the BOL signifies acceptance of the equipment in good order. Failure to inspect before signing waives your right to later claim concealed damage.
- Change of Shipping Address:
- Address changes before shipment may alter the freight rate. After shipment, a re-consignment fee of $85.00 and additional freight costs applies.
- Exempt Purchases:
- Tax-exempt purchases require a completed sales tax exemption form before order fulfillment.
- Return Policy:
- New and unused items returned within seven days incur a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges. Used equipment is non-returnable. Pre-approval is required for all returns on new equipment. Contact sales@grizzlyrubbertracks.com if you need to start this process
- Order Cancellations:
- Orders canceled after three days from the order date incur a 5% cancellation fee.
- Factory Pick-up Orders:
- Products picked up at the factory must be claimed within 10 business days. After 10 days, a $25 per day storage fee applies. Equipment not picked up after 15 days incurs a 5% cancellation fee.
Warranty Claims/ Claim Procedure
All warranty claims must be made with this link: https://form.jotform.com/232487085584164 and must include the following information:
- Picture of the serial number(s) (stamped on the inside of the track or attachment)
- Picture of the complete track or attachment on the machine
- 2 Pictures of the defect
- Picture of the work area where the machine was being operated
- A copy of the original invoice, along with the make, model, and year of the equipment

Exclusive Remedy
The sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty shall be the repair or replacement of the defective product or part thereof, at Grizzly Rubber Tracks’ option. In no event shall Grizzly Rubber Tracks’ liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
